Kershaw transferred to 60-day disabled list

The three-time National League Cy Young Award winner is 11-2 with a 1.79 ERA in 16 starts this season, striking out 145 batters and walking only nine in 121 innings.

Additional roster moves

The Dodgers recalled 19-year-old lefty Julio Urias, starter Brock Stewart and newly acquired reliever Josh Fields, placed on the 15-day disabled list relievers Adam Liberatore and Louis Coleman and optioned outfielder Andrew Toles. Coleman has right shoulder fatigue, while Liberatore is dealing with left elbow inflammation.

Urias, the club's top prospect, becomes a logical candidate to make a spot start on Saturday if Bud Norris (lat muscle) and Rich Hill (finger blister) can't go. Hill, acquired from the A's on Monday and eligible to come off the disabled list, threw a full 52-pitch bullpen session and said he felt fine.
