Even that play wasn't easy, as Desmond jumped out of the way of Abreu, only to have Abreu tag Desmond before Desmond could touch the base. From his knees, Abreu then threw home to catcher Dioner Navarro to try to stop Prince Fielder from scoring, and Navarro threw to shortstop Tyler Saladino because Adrian Beltre was caught between second and third.
Saladino then threw back to Navarro, who fired a strike to third baseman Todd Frazier to nab Fielder, who didn't tag and try to score on Moreland's line drive. It was the run of the mill 9-3-2-6-2-5 triple play and left the White Sox with a 5-0 lead.
